...I am over 50, and I daydream every day(while I wait on a red light, at the elevator, at home-I live alone)
I always sensed this as being somehow pathologic as it is compulsive.
Crisping two fingesrs of my right hand (index and middle)in a sort of personal "mudra", triggers my daydreaming and it can last for a few minutes.
I certainly escape from reality by daydreaming as I notice thattall fantasies are compensatory of my lackings, but I can't control it and it simply happens.
Does anyone daydreams in a similar way...just out of curiosity

Yes, the daydreaming is on the list of symptoms for adhd-inattentive type. The mudra part I'm not familiar with.
