A question about the search engine

Posted by Spriggy on March 26, 2005, at 12:27:28

Let's see if I can ask this question so it isn't so confusing..

Why is it that sometimes when I "search" for something, it pops us directly. Other times when I search, it brings me to an entire day or two's worth of questions/info and I have to look through the entire day to find that particular thread??

Does that make sense?

Think about the text on the index page for a Babble board. If your search term is in the title of a post, it will show up as a page full of message links. If your search term is in the body of a post, you will get a link to a specific post.
