I met a very nice attorney about 8 months ago. He and I met playing tennis as we are both good players. We haven't had a date yet, but I am very attracted to him. This is good for me as it has been about 6 years since I've met a man that I was interested in. Only problem: I have a mental illness and think this is an issue, as it always is, but maybe this guy will be different. Other thing is I 'm having troubles with side effects from medication, so dating is not really an option right now. I really want to stay optimistic as I have never been married. I am 49 years old. My social worker is very encouraging. Any ideas??

Can you tell if he is interested in you? And what does medication have to do with dating?
I can't tell if you all are dating or if you see each other at social events, et. Tell more please!
