I handled things so much better when I thought I was me that had done something wrong, or that there was some horrible accident that prevented me from receiveing a message or a note of "hi, how are you, sure do miss you"
Now there is just this horrific black cloud of hate swelling up inside me and taking over my every thought and action. I want to snuff something out, I want to hurt someone besides myself, I want to yell, scream, hit, and drive over a vehicle or two.

I think that getting mad is a really good thing to go through. You can feel indignant about what you expected to happen, and what did (or did not). You can direct your anger outwards towards the situation instead of directing it inwardly.
Anger can be expressed with words, screams, tears, paint, pencil, and on and on.
I felt a relief when I was finally done with my anger. A big weight was lifted when I released it out of myself.

Is it okay to drive over a vehicle or two, because I always wanted to do that. Get a big monster truck and drive through the parking lot at Walmart and drive over all the prissy little cars. Geeze that would feel good!!!!!!
