Two steps forward, one step back.
Or is it, One step forward, two steps back?
Dancing in the dark.
Dancing with your eyes closed.Dancing on air.
Dancing under his feet.Under his feet. Under his thumb.
Dancing is an age old act of love, enjoyment, togetherness............but to me, it is an act of deception. A way of pretending. Pretending it's all okay. Pretending I like it. Dressing up and playing make believe.
No response from G. Never is going to be.

I feel for you.
Have a look at the poem "The Invitation" for me and let me know what you think. It just resonanted so strongly for me the first time i read it and still does. Was just exactly the place I was at at the time.
