When I tune in to feelings
The only station I get
Is 50,000 watts of anger
and some static of regret.

Does the static of regret cause interference in the signal of anger? If you twiddle the knob in the direction of the regret, can you hear a weak signal from the sadness station?
So much anger is very hard to deal with. You don't want to blow your speakers. Tempering the anger, even with other negative emotions can be something of a relief, in my experience.
Do elaborate about the anger (only if you want to).
