In light of my posts above, I must hastily mention that today is our 4th anniversary. And I have a wonderful, caring husband who only ever wants what's best for me.

Dinner at my step daughter's place - the first time she's had us over since she moved out in December. It was great to see her living like a grownup instead of the perpetual student. Next week, when it's quieter, my husband and I will go out for a lovely dinner.
As an anniversary present, I bought him some fancy french toiletries (Hermes), as reminder of a trip we took to Italy; the hotel had Hermes items in the bathrooms. He brought me a beautiful handbag.
I am such a loved woman.
