I was taking Ativan for temporary relief of my anxiety (which was being brought out by Adderall)
My dose was extremely low (no more than a half of a .5 mg pill at a time, and no more than two halves a day)
Well, the first day that I didnt take it I had an awful panic attack in the middle of the night. This one did not have the symptoms of unreality as most anxiety attacks do, but it was more physical. Palpitations, heart racing, cold, etc....
Question, was this the Ativan, or just a reaction that could have happened anyway? Seems that my dose was to low to manifest withdrawal symptoms, but I guess not.
Anybody else experienced benzo withdrawal?
